I knew the buckle was bolted in but mine's bolted to the floor not the side of the cab.

The holes are there for the 4 door seats but you may not have the "weld nuts" under the floor so the bolt has something to hold onto. I looked into this but my truck did not have the nuts so I would have to use my own but there isn't much space to get in there. I think the only way to add a seat to a supercab 2 door is to use a 2 door seat that replaces the storage bin.

I'm sure it will bolt into there with the stock panel. There are not weld nuts for the 2 door seats either but you can access the holes from under the truck. The 4 door seat holes have a small triangular access hole but I don't think you can get to them from the under the truck. I only pulled up the carpet once to have a look but I gave up after I heard it may not be possible.

To do it like your wanting you will have to get new panels. Here is what the 2 door jump seat panels look like.
