Seat belt question

Seat belt question

Ok so i swapped on the seat belt clip onto the explorer seats and that little track. well the piece that stick out the back for the seat belt bolt is about an inch short form the hole and i cant slide it back any farther. i should of taken a picture but i didnt. i hope you guys know what im talking about idk how to extend or make it slide the whole way back

i guess im going to have to take a picture to get an answer i will take a pic in about an hour

i told you in your other thread, the easiest way to fix this is to drill the one hole in the side of the seat to 7/16 and bolt them on, just lose the track all together

its the easiest way ive found, i think one grade 8 7/16" bolt is stronger than the stock 10mm bolt

I have not done the swap yet but would like to know up front what is coming.
