Since about 4 months after I bough my 08 ranger I have had a super obnoxious creak/crunch/popping coming from my driver side door (where the upper door lip contacts the weatherstrip). I have isolated it to the weatherstripping since ford has replaced the weatherstripping 3 times on warentee and it solves the problem for about 1 month before the noise comes back. Ford has also tried tightening or losening the door and realigning the door which doesnt work at all. The only thing that works is heavy amounts of silicone grease but then i get it all over my clothes and I have to keep reapplying.

Does anyone have any ideas to help me? Iv been trying to deal with this for 2 years and I just cant figure it out. STUMPED!!!!
