Looking for a bit of input.

I'm thinking I need to do somthing to the interior or the 07.
I'm going to the All truck nationals in Carlisle in August and would like to not have a 100% stock truck. If I don't do anything thats ok but I would at least like to say I tried to think of somthing.

Just looking for ideas but I am not interested in an OHC.

I saw the post on the stainless guage overlays and kinda like them but not the price. My girl told me not to go with the white face overlays. She also said "the trucks 6 months old why do you need to do anyhthing with it". So we will take her opinions with a grain of salt

My one and only interoir mod. A GPS mount. I still need to tweak it a bit as it has a slight bounce/shake when GPS is in place.

 

i would get a set of Explorer white faced gauges (white from the factory)......also install an EATC, OHC, Explorer leather buckets, and an Explorer center console...

 

Somewhere to put your sunglasses before you sit on them

 

I have an '07. Are the Explorer guages the same? I would have to have the odo reset as well correct? Or can I swap the electronics over on the 2 clusters?
Would a cluster swap be better than the white face overlay route?

I think someone explained it to me before but what is EATC?

As for the sunglasses. I'm already down to 1 pair because I sat on the other one and broke one of the ear pieces off. They typicaly sit in the glove box.

As for Explorer seats. I already have 40/40 seats and a full console. I also perfer cloth seats.

I was contimplating making either fiberglass or metal cover for the lower part of the rear jump seats(the plastic trim under the jump seats). I have somewhat beaten up the plastic covers that come factory. I'v just never glassed or done enough metal work to make a total replacement part.
