shifter cup holder pain

Need solution to ease discomfort of right leg rubbing against left cup holder of shifter console in 2009 Ranger...standard cab, manual shift, 60/40 bench seat.

Looking for best solution...maybe remove cup holder console & replace...with what...& how?

How bad do you need the cupholder? How bad do you need your leg? Which one would you prefer to lose? Answer those questions.. cut one off.

What kind of console do you have in that truck? I'm 6'2", with a 5-speed, and my leg doesn't come close to touching the cup holder on the shifter console.

True.. pictures of which one you are talking about would help.. I was assuming the ones that are on either sides of the shifter. The ones I have in front of the middle part of the seat gets in the way if I have something in the left cupholder.
