Back Window Creeks

Ever since ive had my 15 in my truck my back window creeks like crazy every time i hit a bump or turn or the truck moves at all. It sounds like the a wooden floor in a really old house. Im pretty sure the sub had rattled something loose because it flexes the hell out of my back wall and entire truck. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it???

My 2 ten inch type rs weren't that bad at all but this 15 its sooo bad. The slider is terrible when its loud, but the entire back window squeaks ALL THE TIME.

i have the slider window in mine too, but my truck is completely stock, (till i get some bumpers on it today, haha) no subs or anything and mine creeks too.. sometimes driving down the road, but most of the time its when the truck is not sitting level (example, driver's side is lower than pass side) etc. i just thought thats what the do and it prevents them from breaking. when im up the mountain and the tunes are low or off thats all i hear is creeking, but i just ignore it have another beer and crank the tunes!!! haha
