Trim Plastic Screws

I went to start redoing the headliner in my 93 splash, but I wasn't sure how to go about taking out the plastic screws that hold the trim to the body. I just don't want to break anything. Any idea?

what is wrong with the headliner?

then take out the dome light..

then remove the visors
