Reg Cab Seats in Ext. Cab?
Are the seats between a 98-05 regular cab the same as seats from a 98-05 extended cab?

If not what are the differences?

The seat tracks are different.

So can you swap tracks from extended cab seats on to regular cab seats and put them into an extended cab truck?

Yeah black with a gray center insert. They'll look good when i swap for black carpet and get the black dash done.

make sure they unbolt Mark first some 98 seats i know do not unbolt there rivited in. i tried on my 1993 to swap them in lol... didnt work out to well

the seat tracks that is

Thanks for the info.

These are exactly what the seats look like.



Hopefully that plastic shroud at the bottom corner of the seat wont be in the way of the ext. cab seat tracks?

Oh I guess your right, some reason it doesn't look like my stock seats lol. I've never seen them that clean before.

From my experience......01+ reg cab seats are rivet onto the frame....same goes for Xcabs. My brother's reg cab stocks(vinyl YUCK!), my brothers new reg cab seats, my 60/40's, and my buckets.

Pretty sure those are 06+. My 04 and 05 had/have much higher head rests.

Either way they look nice and clean! The plastic should not get in the way either. Just be aware they are a lot stiffer than the 01-03 seats.

Yeah thats why I thought they looked different. I know my 04 are rivet on.
