keyless Radio on off switch
Some of us do beach parties or listen to there radios at the desert. But something ive never liked is the idea of my keys in the car when im not around, let alone the obnoxious Dinging when the keys are still there. so something ive figured out is how to wire in a switch that allows the radio ONLY to operate keylessly If anyone is interested ill take pics of my setup and give a basic rundown of what i have done.
It works 100% and allows you to retain the stock 7.5amp fuse (if thats what you have) ive done this mod to 91 COROLLA 04 Silverado an my 97 Ranger xlt.
Also, it doesnt interferre with the stock ford alarm for some reason. you can have the alarm set and still listen to tunes. Year doesnt matter, so far as you have a beginners knowledge of how to dissmantle your own dash.

there is all kinds of constant 12v's to run off if you don't feel like running a new line. Than ya, splice the line into your stereo's acc. wire (Generally red.) and your good. only downfall is if you have any other shoddy mods wired into the same acc. line it'll turn those on too without modifications.

About 1/4 inch long, don't fall for the "Mini rocker switches" that are like 3/4 inch long, there cheaper quality and for some reason require more than the stock fuses amperage.
Also lighted switched are always lit when on. that means when the vehicle itself is on, the light will be on no matter what position. so keep that in mind :)

Also, 04blackedge lemme know how it goes for you. just make sure you disconnect the battery so you dont unnecessarily pop any fuses.
