leaks in the rain

ok so last night on my way home i noticed my truck was letting in water, but the crazy thing is that the water was coming in from the back of the head liner right before my back windshield. any one have any ideas on where the water is coming from and maybe how to fix it.

Does it look like it could be the top of the back window itself?

Had the same problem when i got my truck, I resealed the 3rd brake light and have had no leaks since. I used plumbers putty and just put that all the way around the seal, worked perfect for me!

I had the same problem with my back headliner being soaked which led to my seat being wet :(

Mine was the top of the seal around the back window. I used to have a visor on the back when I bought the truck. When I got a camper shell, the visor had to go. Started leaking. My seal looked good but it was the culprit. We used a big spackling tool to bend the seal back and put a nice bead of silicone down through there. Hasn't leaked for a year now.

^same third brake light problem as I had... Unscrew it, clean out the old gasket and put a good layer of Clear silicone in the groove where the gasket was. I let mine dry for about 20 minutes then I installed it. I was attempting to avoid any squeezing out when I sealed it back up. No more leaks...

I pulled the back windows and put a new seal on it. $10-20, 2 hours. No more leaky.

I had the same problem. Water was coming in from rear window. I went around the rubber seal with a high-quality silicone (black). One year later, still no more water.

I had this problem, all I did was tighten the 3rd brake light down. Worked.
