they are 16" American Outlaw Buckshot wheels. not sure on the backspacing though.

16x8 American Outlaw Buckshot with 4.25" backspacing and -6mm offset. I bought them from Discount Tire for about $90 each.

The wheels are available in the machined finish with black powdercoated accents (like I have) and chrome.
