i am going 2 be stationed in north carolina at fort bragg in may so that would be a great deal 4 me

Hey guys I'm down here right now, I'm going to try to check out Oregon Inlet this weekend and see what kind of camping and meet locations they have. I'll let you know what I find

 

hey all its been a while since i have been on here and was wondering if there was a date set im in de and am goin to obx in may for my honey moon and would love to bring the two rangers down

Hey guys I went down to Oregon Inlet today to check it out and its going to be perfect. The campground is huge and has tons of sites side by side so we could be together. The entrance to driving on the beach is less than a mile down the road with a ton of area to drive on. There is a parking lot right across from the campground that we could hang out on (have to check for permission first). There isn't much around the campground at all but Nags Head is 20-25 minutes away and has anything and everything you could want, movies, golf, shopping, etc. You have lots of different sites around the area, different light houses and parks. I think it would be the perfect location for a meet.

Now we could do it in like early June before it gets really hot but the water will still be a good temperature. What do you guys think about doing it the first or second weekend in June?

 

I completely forgot about this meet... I'll try to come up and meet everyone and stay for a day... but that would be the best I could do. lol

 

I think its a good idea Trent, but I have a funny feeling people will want to stick with the original dates.....but I'm down for either aslong as I can swing it financially.

 

you talking about the fishing pier or before that?

 

I'm talking about directly across from the fishing center, right before the bridge. I didn't see if there was a pier there or not.
