Bah, I blame it on my wife and her new job!

I could always go to the dunes in Oregon but I won't have my truck!
Pretty sad, I actually pondered canceling my plane ticket to make an epic road trip since I won't have to work for 2+ weeks. But I don't want to spend 36+ hours driving each way, +$1000 in gas and that's minus any side trips.

 

I know some are already there!

I am packed, waiting for the AM to get here.

DUNES! I'm leaving my place around 9:30 am tomorrow then driving up to the Lansing area to meet Zach and Evan if I'm running late, otherwise I'll be well on my way.

Looking forward to seeing everyone again or meeting new people! My girlfriend is excited too!

 

for the people who are bringing wood make sure its covered to bring it in the campground. parks do not let you transfer wood from cities. unless you tell them you bought it from someone in mears thats the only way you MIGHT be able to get by if they see it.
im leaving tomorrow.. sometime.i should have started packing before today.

Few teasers from earlier today. More to be taken tomorrow, saturday and sunday maybe. Great time so far and the 4x4 works amazing with the Baja ATZ's. Couldn't be happier, unless lockers front and rear happen, lol.

There's going to be a nice carnage gallery from what I heard from the other guys. My g/f smashed my truck into a dune just after Test Hill. Bent the skid plate up cutting the trans cooler lines, smashing the power steering lines, and setting off the inertia switch. And of course destroyed my lower valance.

 

ouch!! i heard someone set off there air bags too

 

Yea, I was talking to him, forget which truck tho. He had his passenger shut off luckily. I hope Zach got some pics of his broken hoop.
