Is anyone here interested in going up to the gilbert or the appleton off road park? Gilbert is about 3 hours north of the cities and appleton is about 3 hours west of the cities. I was thinking a friday evening-sunday deal, or maybe even leave early one morning and come back late that evening. The last 2 weekends in July and the first 2 weekends in August im available.

Now before anyone goes off on an "I just have a stock truck" rant, realize....I have one too. From what I have heard most of the trials are not too bad. If all else fails we grab a chair and a soda and watch other people break stuff on some of the rock crawls. Either way good times shall be had.

As for lodging, I know there are some cheap campgrounds around gilbert ($10-15 a night) Im not sure about appleton, I can look into it more if we get some people interested.

I'll even bring the F-16/Flamethrower with.

Dang still wish I lived in Minnesota and me and my old man still had the international scout i love muddin in the north.

 

I'm currently living at my 2nd home in Texas. but, then again, since nobody answered my request for a MN meet 3 weeks ago, i think i'm not welcome at any MN meets.
