I've been talking with Matt (OVERtheEDGE) and we would like to try and get a Ga meet going. There seems to be a good bit of Ga members, so we thought we would give this a go.

We were figuring on the Atlanta area as it would be central to most anyone in the state.

We could meet up at Summit where we could oh and ah over everyone's truck, then there's a place in locust grove we could go wheeling. Maybe get something to eat at one of the many restaurants in the area.

Dates haven't been set, so post up some ideas and lets get the ball rolling.

 

as soon as we find out who would be interested we'll set up a date. its a place i go all the time. there are several more places i know of to go also.

I would be up for a meet. I just dont have a truck to wheel with. And I thought that Summit Racing was in McDonough? And I have a few friends that might wanna come to a meet too, but they dont have trucks to wheel in either.

summit is yes. im used to just saying locust grove since the place where we are going to wheel at is kinda in the middle. and dont worry about not being able to. you can get in with someone or you could drive your truck out to the place to watch. i see honda civics up there. not sure how they do it but the go there lol

Depends on the date you decide on for me.............that's bout 3hrs south for me, made that trip few months ago, as there is a Ford warehouse off that exit.............

where is this place to wheel, is it legal to be there?

 

yes. as far as i know. been goin there for years and never had a problem. a friend of mine talked to a couple cops and they said theres no problems with being out there as long as you are not shooting guns are drinking and partying its all good. i had a cop drive right by me up there before and he just waved. there arent any signs about trespassing either.

As long as its before the first week in August, thats when school starts back for me.

man i have tried so many times to get a meet together in ga. with no luck

so good luck! depending on the date i might have my bronco II ready to wheel again

 

I know! The northern members always have such a good turn out but the Ga members just don't seem to want to get a good meet.

I hope you can make it, what day would work for you?

I'm pretty much open, off work every Fri, Sat, & Sun. So I'm ready whenever.
