Maybe we could have an unofficial meet. Everyone who goes posts up pics from their seats.

 

My fiance and her family are going. I'd like to, but i've got a side job that day thats gonna be paying big bucks.

I'll be going to it when it's out here in San Diego.

 

I'm putting in Frame rails for a friend of mine, at work. So i'l be going in for like 3, probably gonna take all day. Afternoon shift has to work saturday night, its like their friday or something, so thats the only time we can get into the building.

 

Should be a decent show... I've only seen it at the JLC in London and it's waaaaay too small a venue for them!

 

They had it here in Windsor last year at the WFCU center. Seating is 6500. They raced one truck at a time....
Best place was at the silver dome. I never saw it there but from what I was told that place was perfectly sized.

 

They still had two at a time in London but there was barely enough room for them to get on it before having to hit the brakes again to stop in time!

 

I have always wanted to go, but have not as of yet.

 

Is there even any place near you that could hold it?

 

Albuquerque, NM is the city they hold it in, but the place they use is too small. I know for a fact there are better places to hold it at.

 

Just looked it up and they are actually having an Advance Auto Parts Monster Jam there in February.

Wasn't ever really that close to them.

 

I saw them once at the Silverdome when i was littler. That place was huge. last i had heard before whatever deal they're trying to push now was that a company is trying to host all kinds of events there geared towards that stuff, like Motorcross, Monster Jam, Quad racing. that kinda stuff.

 

Hope they get it done. I'd drive the hour to see it there.

 

You aren't that far across the border then are you. if it would take you around an hour to get to Pontaic?

 

Right across from the D. Depending on traffic and border guards, anywhere from 5 mins to who knows...

When we were younger we got from great lakes crossing to the tunnel entrance in 20 mins. It took longer getting through then getting to.

I can get to metro and back across within an hour.

 

Shoot man. When we do a meet your gonna have to come get pictures at Ford headquaters in Dearborn. Just south of the D. if you haven't been there already.

 

I kno where its at, I went to the mustang meet that was there this summer. My mom grew up in that area when she was a kid. We still have family over near gregory.

 

Thats pretty cool then. Yea, I would offer to come over there for a meet, Frankly because i like Windsor better. But my passport is currently MIA.
