11 hours and 15 minutes; 700 miles. That's a little far to drive the truck to ride some dirt roads...

Seb drove 6 and a half hours from Ottowa Canada last time just to "ride some dirt roads".

Joe, I'm working on it. I have my plates made up I just need to get off my butt and get them bolted in.

Brenda you know you want to go and see what Taz can do. You just need to be careful on some of the trails and take the bypass if you think something is too tough.

I would love it if Ed led us. And I'll worry about Sunday if I make it that far this time.

I wonder if my membership card is still there. I never did call them to see if they could mail it.

I don't think it was all the speed. But it sure didn't help. I think it had more to do with the off camber areas that stressed the mounts to the point that they pulled out.

I would love to go but there are just to many things that need to be done to my truck. I'm gonna put in a 1354m, and a new hub. Plus I need new BFG M/Ts.

I might go again depending on funds. I think I have the saturday and sunday off and I work at 3 Monday. It's just that since I started my apprenticeship at ford my pays have been ALOT smaller, but I'll see if momma will lend me some money haha

Cant remember who mentionned the long drive just for dirt roads... Dude... I drove 700km, and it took about 7 or 8 hours to get there. Worth it? F*ck ya! This place is NOT forest trails with dirt and potholes like you think. It's a technical dream, rocks everywhere, hills, water, tree stumps, SOO much fun.

Let me show you...

everytime I go, I have new respect for what my truck can do, even in near stock form. I was really impressed with it last time I went with Jason. Another green trail that turned into blue without warning! lol

Here is what can happen. This was March 1 weekend. I was with a different group but have wheeled with Mike (in the ranger). There was also a 4 vehicle pileup (2 going up and 2 coming down) on "H" that afternoon because of ice.

Usually no snow or ice except for the early morning in Jan. By midday it is just muddy.

I thought about it. Then realized I wanted speakers for Christmas more so I went with that haha. But if there is one around summer time or just a little later in the year (around March or something) I'd be down for going.
