Short notice for RI/MA meet
Any members near Rhode Island or MA? (except Pedro lol jk)
Dave (04RangeDave) and I are meeting next friday (12/9) around lunch time. We are planning on having a small meet, or large whatever is cool with us lol.
The spot: Super Wal-Mart off of i-95 in RI (or MA, I dont really know lol....Dave help me out)
I have contacted some other members that I am possibly meeting up with on the way up there. Places like VA and any state between NC and RI. Please feel free to chime in with any helpful info or any info at all lol.

Same here i just have a demo superchager and some pistons for examples. 20 ford T-shirts and little key chains. (chevy kids are gonna kill me) i think that good material

Ummm....wanna skip that presentation? I would love those seats.
It's just the population of drivers. Plan for some traffic if your leaving at 11-12 Thursday night NYC is a PITA unless you can bypass it. The GWB (George Washington bridge) toll was $8.00 last spring when i crossed it. Highest toll the entire ride. The Jersey Turnpike is an experience and a half (not sure if you've traveled up this way?

This is another reason why im taking this trip. It will be an experience, and a chance to get away from Nashville NC for a while.

i can attest to what dave is saying about how crappy jersey to rhode island is. not fun drive. its a cluster bomb.
to bad this wasnt on the 13th or 14th, because im on my way home from pa one of those days and i'd be down to take a detour and meet up. oh well next time.

Wow lol It's scenic till you get till Jersey (block you nose). Once you cross the CT/RI line things speed up (smallest state) no tolls.. When you staying up till?

Well, im working thursday and hopefully taking a nap thursday night before I leave around 11ish p.m.
Then I will be applying Red Bulls with loud death metal periodically to keep me up. lol jk.

When i drove to Florida 2 years ago i went straight to Savannah Georgia. Only stopping for gas once in NC lol and getting stopped by a officer of the law. Other than those 2 stops i ran on a few monsters, sandwiches and a bag of seeds an entire bag lol

Do yourself a favor and take the Tappan Zee Bridge. Sure, it'll add about 60 miles to your trip but it's really not worth going directly thru NYC and possibly getting jammed up for hours. GWB, Lincoln Tunnel, Cross Bronx Expwy, none of it is worth the time, effort or extra cost.
Also, if you find you really want to visit central NH for whatever reason, PM me. Planning on doing some light 'wheeling up the power lines at some point next weekend.
