My Stihl lives in my truck so it'll be up there.

If you can find a small catalyst heater for your tent you'd be laughing. You won't even hardly need a sleeping bag once that sucker gets warmed up. Thats the best part about having the camper, I crank on the propane furnace and I don't even use a single blanket. If fact, I have to turn the propane right down to a trickle or else it bakes me alive in there. BTW, its only 8500 btu... 111,000 would be insane! LR

 

got into an accident today.. Gonna need a new hood. Straightening out the brackets so the bumper sits straight again. This f'n BLOWS!. My truck was coming along nicely, and just my luck my private insurance for collision ran out last month and i forgot to renew it. Luckily my basic was still there or id be paying for the truck i f'ed up too.

 

post some pics of the carnage. Hopefully it's just the bumper and the hood

 

jesse, this blows big time! if you your gonna fix your truck up yourself instead of through your insurance i can give you some phone numbers to some ppl that will hook you up a bit. my uncle works at a wrecker right next to a ford wrecker, he got me the deal on my new door. and hes the same one that got me the new motor for my last ranger for next to nothing. let me know if your interested.

 

That would be good.. Basically all i need is a new hood, and if possible a new grill but its not that important.

yeah hope so. My truck is mad at me :( The bumper was hanging so bad haha, but it didnt actually get damaged which was weird. The hood is pushed back so i cant open it all the way without damaging anything

paint is pretty cheap if you had to. what's your icbc deductible? paying your deductible may be cheaper if you have to paint it tho. just a thought.

 

i had my collision privately and it ran out last month and the renewal notice went to my old place.. I forgot to renew it. So basically im stuck with the bill.

Hey, you like your sport grille or you interested in an FX4 grille Jesse? I've been kicking around the idea of swapping mine over since I like the look of the sport grilles (closer to the look of my 93's). How bad is yours? I think its the '02 or '03 sport or XTLs that use the fat 3 bar ones like the 3rd gen trucks. LR

 

i really like the 08 sport grill. I found one at a wrecker, and a new hood. GOnna get it on saturday. The grill itself is fine though.. its just the part around it
