Icon10 04 Ranger Edge 3.0 from Florida. Hi all.

Hows everyone doing? I am excited about this forum. I've been looking for a good source of ranger info. I have an 04 Ranger Edge Ex-cab with the 3.0 White. I love this truck. I will post some pics later(Can someone tell me how). I just washed it today too.

I was looking into installing a 3" body lift myself and want to know if anyone has a tips for me. I will be doing this in about 2 to 3 weeks. All help is greatly appreciated.

Once again I am thrilled to be a part of this forum.

Thanks,
Ryan

Thanks again all. I cant wait to contribute. I am new to the ranger. My dad owns a 2.9 1989 rannger 4x4 with a 3" body lift. Of course my influence. But nothing this new. I am still psyched. For the body lift what should I post in next. I have a 2x4 edge. I want to do a 3" body lift myself
Still dont know how to post pics?

Nice! I'd say definetly do the body and suspension and 35's...you'll be sorry otherwise :)

3" just isn't enough IMO

This was the day I bought the truck. You can see the excitement in my face.

This is a pic from today. You can see my 92 lx 5.0 in the background.

What type of suspenion lifts are there? And are they expensive? If so it would be a while.

I've looked a bit. I cant find any suspension lifts for my truck. Its only 2wd. Thats why I figured 3" body lift and 32's or 33's would do the job. I also dont want to have to change gears at all. It is an automatic. Anyone think that will do?

look on ebay, do a search for ford ranger spindle lift

spindle lift is only for 2wd, like mine and yours, usually they are about 300

drop brackets are used for 4x4 and are WAY more expensive
