The DJM brand kits are very nice. They make a 2/3 kit(2" front, 3" rear) and a 4/5 kit. I suggest the 4/5 kit. But......you need like a 26" tire or smaller to run the DJM 4/5. So unless your running 35 series tires, I'd do a 2/3.
DJM 2/3 kit consists of: Lowering Coils, Rear flip kit(roughly $400)
DJM 4/5 kit consists of: Lowering Coils, Upper and Lower control arms, Rear Flip Kit(Roughly $700)
Self install is pretty simple. Piece of cake if your mechanically inclined. My brother and I pulled it out overnight(6hrs?) takin' our time.
Here's my brother's '01 XL w/ the DJM 4/5 and 17" stang wheels(that push bar is long gone)....

welcome Jorge.
Give Stylintrucks a call: 800-478-9546. I'm in the process of lowering my 05' and ordered the DJM 4/5 kit. Paid under 700 with shocks included. Have not gotten to install yet, but all the parts are very well constructed. Also ordered 18" wheels. My build is scheduled to begin in August (if I'm done with all my honeydo list). Pictures will be comming at that time .

Alrite So Im Getting Alotof Good Responses On My Lil Ad And Since I Still Dont Really Know How To Respond To You Guys Then Im Hoping Somebody Reads This... Soooooooo I've Being Hearing That Djm Brands Are Definitely The Way To Go And That Most Of You Guys That Already Own A Lowered Ford Ranger, Are Only Using 17" To 18" Rims So Whats Gonig To Be The Difference With My Truck Compare To You If I Get The 4/5 Kit From Djm But I Have Twenty Inch Rims And I Believe 245/40zr20 95y Tires Or Some Like That???? Would My Truck Look Better Or Worse And Taller Or Lowered Then Yours...
