Hi everyone!

Hi everyone I joined up hoping to find some nice info and pics of some other ford rangers. I know first hand that they are great trucks, 350k miles and still going strong! Well was... but the problems are not mechanical so I guess that's still pretty good.

So what kind of build does everyone like around here? Low and show or lifted? Personally if it was 4x4 I'd say lifted but in a 2wd I'd rather it be a nice show truck with a couple inch drop a nice roll pan and some new paint.

The truck is not mine it's my dad's I'm mainly here to just learn more about them since I have seen his 94 ranger hold up so well! (1 owner truck he bought it new) I'm 17 and hoping that I find one of my own or even take his off his hands I know he is wanting to try and get something different and newer and he is getting to the point that after all these years he is ready for an automatic. ... after 14 years and that many miles I guess I'd be wanting something different also!

My grandpa also had a really nice 02 ranger but traded it when he got his 05 sport trac the truck he had before the 02 ranger was an even older ranger.. so I grew up around them and love them!

Howdy. I have a lifted truck, but I would love to have one of each.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone!

Yeah I'd like both too... I'm a country boy mostly..haha.. but I still love the lowered style... right now my dad is trying to get the truck running due to the problems he is having (i have a thread in the 2.3 4cyl section) but afterwards he is deciding to fix it up a bit more.. he hit a deer awhile back and busted out his stock left headlight/corner light so we are in the process of shopping for maybe some aftermarkets .. this truck may come out built a bit anyways lol
