Hey guys,I'm new to this site and thought I'd take time to introduce myself. My name is Ray and I live in north Florida. I currently own a 2000 Ranger with a 3.0 V6. I bought the truck new and it's been almost trouble free, all i've ever had to do was replace filters, wheel cyl,battery and such. But now when I turn the heater on it smells like I stuck my head in the radiator. Any of u guys ever change a heater core? Any advice would be welcome. Thanks and I'm glad I found this site.

Welcome. I've done a few heater cores before. Its a time consuming process, but it isn't too hard to do.
