Weird animal !

Hi everyone:

This is my firs thread just to introduce my self. My ride is a brand new regular cab XL with the reliable 4 Cil 2.3L / 5 speed manual. I choosed the 7" foot box just to have more cargo room.

As you will may notice the front of the pickup is a little bit different from the past years. Only minor changes in exterior was made, the rest of the drive train and mechanics remains the same.

Welcome. That front end looks a lot beefier than the rest of the truck. Needs wider rear quarter panels or something. The light bar is cool.

Being that you live in Warren I'm taking a wild guess that you work for Ford or a company affiliated with them. That's the only way I can imagine you having that truck. I've seen all kinds of crazy run around up there.

Rear fender flares, that's what its missing.
I kind of wonder if it is a rangstang sort of deal but the light bar looks too legit.

You've obviously never been to the motor city. You see test mules all the time. I'm not saying that's what his is, but it's likely. They have crew cab rangers running around up there too.

Thanks to all for the reply. The truck is actually the redesigned ranger launched in 2010 for Latin America. About the light bar it is a custom made accesory. I'm planning to add the fender flares just as you suggest.

Interesting truck. I dont like how the bumper lines up with the front fender though! But still, pretty cool to have.

they definitely need to keep it in north america. that is the best front end i have seen on all these "preview" trucks or test mules. i'd consider buying it if that one was available if i needed another truck, regardless of engine choices.

I love the style of it but it appears the front bumper doesn't line up very well. The gap is awful.. It also looks like the windshield wiper cowl doesn't mate up to the hood very well. You can see it sticking up in the first pic. Love the mirrors and especially the new door handles from what I can see..

Cool truck though!

Show us some more pics of the interior and exterior from all angles. More has changed on that truck than meets the eye..

Ranger Latin America

Thanks for the comments, here you will find another pic of my ride in a different angle. Also I´m sending you other pics of the Ranger Sport (more equipped) and the crew cab version that is the current model in Latin America. I went for the XL ´cause I enjoy to accesorize my pickups by my self, and as you will notice other versions already have most of the common add-ons available at stores.

In the future list I have pending the fender flares, a custom bull bar, rear operation lights, 3" lift and not shure about the step bars.

Regards
