Picked up a 2000 XLT extended cab on Saturday. Paid $5100 out the door. Not to bad, but could've gotten a better deal I know. Truck has the 3.0 and the 5spd. It has 103k on it, and it drives like it was brand new.
Got bored on Friday, and in case anyone was wondering... The 99 eclipse non turbo CAI intake tube is a close to perfect fit to replace the rubber intake tube. Besides that, the truck is completely stock, and has got me 22 mpg on the first tank, and 20 mpg on the last fill up. I've put 650 miles on it so far!
It's only a 2wd, but it seems to be just as high, or higher than most of the stock 4wd's that I see. Even tho it has itty bitty street tires on it... Did they have like a pre-runner factory lift? I haven't seen a 2wd drive around that is as high as mine is.
