Was a member here a few years back, but have since fell off the face of the earth since I went full size.....
But I am real glad to be back in the Ranger world again. I missed it. Anywho, just picked this Ranger up about 2 and a half weeks ago now. It ran but needed a clutch and back window to really make it road worthy. Have since then been polishing and waxing away to get the paint looking good again. I have also cut all of the catalytic converters off for now, and added a 3" pipe intermediate pipe to a Borla XR-1 muffler and 3" tailpipe (it needs a bigger muffler to calm it back down lol). I put new headlight units in it yesterday too, it needed that a lot. It needed a few sensors replaced as well, i.e. O2, it was black as coal. In the long run, it needs a new headliner, carpet/vinyl mat, new tires and wheels, and gearing for my liking. Onward to pics and specs!
1992 Ford Ranger, Std. Cab, 4.0L OHV, 5spd, 4X4; 3.27 open rear; 235/75/15 all season tires.
As it was bought.
As of today:
Just for kicks here is the F-150 as it sits today with a nice little vid of the exhaust.
