New guy picking up 1st ranger on 3/20

Hey truck lovers I sold my bike this week and Sunday will pick up a dark green regular cab 5 speed. Its got 120,xxx on the clock. Found it right up the road here at a small time used car lot for $3,500. Rides nice no shimmys stering wheel is streight and brakes fine no pull or pulse in the pedal. The clutch feals good runs up through the gears fine. Body is good some light scrathes and fadeing but no rust, Inside is ok I think a good once over I can get the carpet and seats preat nice. Its has some kind of kenwood CD stereo never realy checked it out. Tires look to be about 85% over all just what I need to haul a few things from Lowe's and to the dump. My daily driver is a 2011 Festia Hatch (sweet MPG!) So my Ranger will see mostly weekend use.
My first job will be a coolant flush the catch tank look like mud but not as nasty under the cap and a valve cover gasket a little moist in the back on the pasanger side.
Ill post some picks and will be here looking aroud and asking for advice regularly.
Also this is my 20th Ford Vehicle in my 41 years!
