New to the Forum rom TEXAS
Hey y'all just kinda stumbled across this site while googling for some parts for my 04 Ranger.So far all my mods & stuff should show up in my signature, Ive got an 07 F250 Super Duty 4X4 to do the heavy work, the Ranger is just my play toy, Both trucks get around 22 MPG but gas is cheaper than diesel so I use the Ranger to run around. Hope to glean some good info and ideas from the group here. Free mods are my favorite,
I'm retired ARMY, 1974-1995, since then I've been an over the road truck driver. I drive all 48 states. I work out of Dallas so its about a 2 1/2 hrs drive every couple weeks, I do mess around in Dallas when I'm there but not going home. Yeah I'm old, but still run hard, so far Ive had the little Ranger up around 125 MPH on I 35 south of Dallas, where speeds of 80-95 are common. It gets a little light at 90MPH. FYI the F250 hit 185MPH on the dyno! My 07 Freightliner Columbia, is governed @ 68 MPH so NO I'm not the big 18 wheeler chasing you down the road.
