alberta newbie :)
hey everyone, new on the forums, had my ranger since last august, LOVE it! its a 1990 Ranger XLT, 5spd with the 2.9L currently has 310,000kms on it never plugged it in, starts everytime! bought the truck from a friend for $340 because one of the brake line has a hole in it, he had a new line from ford but he couldnt get the threads to catch, so said he would sell it to me cheap, i only bought it for the tires, figured worst case, the truck is hooped, and just take the wheels and tires and sell them (31x10.50R15LT) but truck ran like a dream, im an apprentice mechanic, so only took me a couple minutes to get the new hose on and bleed the brakes, he was fairly choked haha has power windows, doors, cruise, headache rack, sliding rear window, A/C, 4X4, hasnt skipped a beat since day one, i still have my car, a 1989 R32 nissan skyline, but it keeps breaking so im getting rid of it and focussing on my truck, its more practical anyways. so thats my truck, looking forward to chatting with everyone on here!
