Ranger newbie!

Hi all,
I am a newbie to the Ranger and am looking for info! But first the back story!

Up until the beginning of February I was cruising around in a 94 Chevy C1500 that I absolutely loved! Alas it was not ment to be. Some one on the other side of the highway threw a wheel they had strapped to the roof of their car and it did so much damage to my truck it was totaled! Fast forward to now, I couldn't find anything close with what the insurance company payed out. As I was looking I found a Ranger that was in good condition but needed a head gasket replaced. Price was right so I jumped in for the adventure and here I be!

I am not afraid of turning a wrench when needed, but have to admit this is the biggest job I have personally taken on!

Have all ready begun but have a ton of questions that have come up so was hoping for some advice. Because of finances I need this vehicle to be transportation for a new job I am starting shortly so need to do it right but as frugal as I can.

Any who, that is my story and I am sticking to it!
Gene
