Reintroduction
Seems life has a funny way of coming back around.
Name is Tyler and I know quite a few of the guys around here from various Dunes trips and other meets. Haven't had a Ranger since May 2011 and I've wanted another since then...
I found myself looking at a 2002 Ranger FX4 Offroad. E4 Vermillion Red just like the 02 Edge I had.
Hopefully picking her up this weekend. It's been neglected but I'm positive I can nurse it back to health.
Specs on the new to me Ranger:
02 FX4 Off Road
E4 Vermillion Red
Prairie Tan Interior (pattern inset)
Twin Stick
190k
It'll need some rust repair, a new front valence, tailgate, and a jump door. Nothing too major that I can't tackle. Mechanically, it's running strong for the mileage. No clunks, sounds, or vibrations.
It's good to hopefully be back. Here's hoping my car actually sells this weekend so I can pick this beauty up. Camper top is gone already, thankfully.
To be Ranger:

Thanks! I'm at least starting with a 4x4 manual transfer case this time, unlike before.
