wanting to put 32s on my 07

I have a 07 fx4 level 2 with the Alcoa 10x7 wheels and BF Goodrich 31x10.50x15 tires. I want to go to 32 in tall tires. But with as little mod to the truck as I can. Thinking of a leveling kit. Is that going to be enough and how much of a level will I need. Also what is a good kit to go with. And will I need wider rims for the tires at 32 in.

Just crank your torsion bars some and it will be good to go.

I cranked and noticed the difference. Not fully level but close. Now from what I have figured out I need new rims as the 32s need at least 8in wide. As the stocks are 7in wide. Would be great to find Alcoa's like the stocks in 8.

He's got a 2007, doesn't need to prekey. Only 2008 and up have the lower indexed keys.

If you do get larger rims at least it will be easy to sell your original alcoas to recoup the cost. They are the most desirable stock RBV rim.

You can run 32s just fine with NO torsion keys. At least I could with 15x8 Razor Wheels on my 06

your tire shop will tell you that 32x10.5x15 will NOT fit.

they fit just fine, I been running them for 3 years with no rub. even with the truck grossly overloaded - no rub... and my truck has 0 modification, didnt even touch my tbars

Get on craigslist for some wheels. You can run the 32's on the Alcoa's also.

See if this guy would want to seperate the tires from the rims and you could probably get these for pretty cheap:

if you run 32X10.50 no need to ditch your alcoa's man, even with 32X11.5 im sure theyd work just fine. if your going 12.5 wide, then yes it would be best to upgrade to 15X8's
i love my alcoa's to death!

32x11.5's no problem on the Alcoas. Those wheels you ordered are going to look real nice with the silver truck.

Everything I look at and BFGoodrich also recommends 8in for the 32x11.50. So went ahead and ordered the new rims. Will be getting the sensors changed over to the new rims as well. So 4 Alcoas soon to be up for sale.

Here is 32's on the ALcoas. Long time member "redneckstone"'s truck. Did some searching to find this pic, hopefully it's alright Zach.

Need? No.
Can run the stock 7" wide no problem.
Some guys run stock 7" wide on 12.50 wide tires!

8 is recommended, but 7 would work. I'm getting new cooper STT 32x11.50 soon and I'll run the stock alcoa's
