I really like any type of music with a lot of acoustic guitar in them, especially ones that I can like hear whoevers fingers slide across the strings and stuff like that. Especially with my new speakers, you can hear stuff like that really well sometimes. I have no idea why but I just really like it, and find it relaxing no matter what type of music it is. Anyone know any good songs/bands that are very acoustic, just nothing like 70's or earlier lol.
Between listening to songs like that and a vanilla air freshener in my truck I get like overly relaxed driving lol.
I love acoustic music. Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds Live at Radio City is one of my favorite albums ever, so great. Jack Johnson's acoustic stuff is really chill too, he puts on a awesome concert as well.
He's freakin awesome, I went to 2 of his shows last year. He's not coming up here this year though which sucks. One of my friends partied in a cabin with him last year haha
Jason Mraz. Not the top 40 stuff. Listen to his B-sides.
Download/buy his live albums. iTunes has them or DL them from somewhere, Jason doesn't care about people DLing his music.
I recommend the Live album "Selections for Friends" and "Tonight, Not Again." Although the Tonight album isn't as acoustic, it has a little bit of everything.
