I can't remember what Nav service they use. It's pretty good in my opinion though. If I were you, I'd get that one I linked you for $350. That thing is like brand new. That's a STEAL!

Yep. There's a lip on the opening where the radio goes, trim the lip on the top and the bottom off with a Dremel and it'll fit perfectly.

I used underdogs light tab design and they are bolted on using the top bumper bolts
