im getting rid of this because i got a new one today. it is in good condition with normal scratches on the back silver part. comes with original box, instructions, headphones, usb cord, and a few other things. also comes with two cases, one black rubber one with a small tear in it and a clear hard plastic one. has been reset to original settings with the newest software installed. looking to get $125 shipped for it. pm me if interested.

ya i loved this thing, got it when they first came out. my girlfriend got me the new third generation 32gb one though so i had no use for this one anymore.
