This winch was on my Rincon and has always worked flawlessly. It has the synthetic rope which is the only way to go now that I've had one. It comes with all the wiring to the battery and the handlebar controller as well as the mounting brackets, as long as you have a Rincon that is. (The brackets might work on another type of machine as well but I doubt it).
I'll take $300.
