3.8 Supercharged

I have the motor, But dont know what else is needed or where to start.

If anyone wants the motor I'll sell it for $250

any help?

yeah it did. only 72,000 miles.

I just need to know what all i need for the swap into a 97 with a 2.3

a little bit of custom fabrication for the motor mounts and headers would be my guess. sounds like a good idea hope you can put it in.

You would come out better putting a Turbo on the 2.3.

i would say custom motor mounts
you need to swap the computers
thats about it since you have th complete motor

not enough time or money :/

i think all you need as far as mounts is a set off of a 85 stang with the same 3.8 or is it 87 i dont know something like that but just call a junkyard and see what year has the 3.8 and they might charge you 50 bucks for the set i think it would be a great mod. i'm going to try it my self

3.8= to wide. 5.0 swap would be easier with way more benefits

3.8L motors on the T-Birds sucked a$$. I had a 3.8L tbird and the motor was junk. There head gaskets are known for blowing in those things, not worth it. Id get me the 2.3L Turbo out of the Fox body Tbirds, those are solid motors!
