HEADLIGHT MOD ALTERNATIVE

just looking for suggestions, thoughts, feelings, whatever...most people when they do the headlight mod do a set-for example all black or the chrome.
i was to do a mis-match-i dont like the all chrome or all black, i think its too much...and when i say all chrome or all black, i mean the signal light lens with the headlight lens.

heres what im thinking

these...

I would stick with a matching set. There are other members who have done both though.

I think the blk headlights, amber side running lights with the Blinker mod looks good, you have the lower directional, leave it amber for a while with the blk headlights, after the lift/tires then think on the light.

The internal LEDs look a little ricer but different.

As I always say, if you like it then do it.

just go 01-03 and you wont have to mod the hood and you'll have the same headlights since they're 01+

I'll throw my hat in the ring for a Front end conversion.
But, if you don't convert it. PLEASE don't tint the headlights, i think all clear would be pretty cool to be honest.

yea i think thats a good idea. to buy one at a time. the only reason im going with the black is becuase i think the chrome ones are too 'in your face' or too 'chromy'. and im going with the LED's only because the black ones of this same model but without the LED's look funky, idk i dont like them.
and your right im taking on wayy too many projects at once haha i always do that. get side tracked easy

There is the honey comb and this kind. Thats about it unless you get a billet grill for the '01-'03 front end.

Yes, same ones I have. The crystal LEDs. They work good and look great. Screw a front end swap. 98-00 are the best.

i thought they looked familiar. you went with chrome on chrome right? its works with your truck but for some reason-with my chrome bumper and grille-i think it would be too much and with the black paint, i think the black on black would be too much. i need a medium lol

They will look nice and clean up your front end. Once you turn that big orange turn signal crystal clear, you will amazed. The bottom turn signals use amber bulbs. Do it!

just for kicks, here is crystal clear heads, all chrome and "back-blacked" turns and markers. so the lense is clear, the backing is black, so they look dark, but light cuts right through, 100$ ebay plug and play
