I dont think it really matters if the truck is lifted, lowered or stock lol. I personally think they are cool and have one on my 'stock' truck.

Ive seen them on more slammed trucks than anything else... just keeps things clean and keeps people wondering at shows where the tail lights are.

The line of fire bars are there to compliment the taillights...and IMO...add another degree of safety. In the fog and/or at night, they pop out at ya very nicely. Espicially if the running light is not wired up, and it's just the brake and turn wired, it gets your attention and IMO that's what they're good for. Lets you be seen better just like mirror signals and just like amber tail singnals. Now...fully shaved rigs with small light bars molded into the pan or gate or whatever, thats a totally different story....1200 degrees different than line of fires IMO.

Sancho...do it! I didn't use to like 'em, til I saw one about every other weekend. lol.

That's probably the "Bully" brand one, they leak, and you get really pissed if you lost your receipt. I've had the one made by "Streetglow" for two years now without any problems.

there really nice however as mentioned some leak i bought the renegade one cause i was to cheap to buy the recon brand and it leaked a lot now the running light doesn't work just the stop, reverse, and turn signals work. on that note has anyone solved the problem of them leaking yet i know the store i bought mine from gets these back all the time they tried putting a crap load of silicone on the end to seal up the hole but it still leaked any other ideas would be great seeing how i got my new one but have yet to install it.

both. under the tailgate is the only right place imo. it just looks out of place in the window. and it wouldnt really work if you have a slider.
