have i guess the chrome package, both bumpers and my grille. wondering if i could get a grille shell thats paintable, or if mine is. and would it look dumb with the chrome bumpers: want the grille to look like this but just picture a chrome bumper: would that look dumb?

 

I dont think it would look dumb, and if you sanded your grille down i am sure you would have no problems painting it.

 

yeah thats what I was thinking, so its not true chrome then, or would sanding just take off the shine or what not,

 

Im guessing the grill is chrome plated plastic. Sanding that should be easy, you should just need to get the shine off. Then clean it thoroughly and then clean it again.
