Ideas for the Stang.

Well, as most know. I now have a stang dur..

I still have 3 wheels left from the accident. One wheel cracked completely off itself. If that makes any sense.

You can kinda see it here in this picture.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v7...reck003ddd.jpg

Anyway, i have been contemplating doing a 5 lug conversion on my car. To put the white R's on it.

Only thing is. I think i will have clearance problems with a 9" wide wheel.

Dont know if anyone here would know this, but i think i would.

What do you guys think? Would it look right? All white like that?

Also, for the stereo system, i finally found out what i want to do.

Im going to run dual amp's .

One amp for the four door speakers, and the amp for the sub.

I already have half of it. I want to run all knew wires due to the age of the car. Dont know exactly how good the wire running to the speakers are.

We'll have to see. Other than this. Nothing as of yet. ON modifications engine wise. Other than the little goodies my friend has left over from his totalled fox.

Dude, I have the 10th Anniversary Cobra wheels which are 17x9". Just make sure that you have enough backspacing and you will be fine. Looks up the specs on the Cobra wheels and you'll be ok. Usually are anyway. I think the White-on-White thing is done too much -- but since you already have them, it's cost-worthy...

I like Chrome on White the best...

Not sure at all about the fit -- no Mustang experience.

As far as the color -- I think the all white will look awesome -- if the whites match. There are actually many shades of white and if two shades are off by a lot (one blue-ish white, say, and one yellow-ish white) it can actually look pretty badl How do they match color wise?

I think wheels that match the color of the car looks great. No matter the color of the car.

The color is the same. The car is painted the same color as the 95 saleen. Which is where the wheels come from.

I see way too many of the white pony's... I wanna do 5 lug anyway. More wheel choices.

Seriously...go 5-lug and do a GOOD 4-wheel disc brake conversion at the same time. Speed and looks aren't anything if you can't stop. besides, what good is a 4-lug Mustang with drum brakes anyway? Safety first, and you can even get damn good looks along side the same project. That's what I did.

I can send you nearly an identical twin. I don't have the parts installed yet, but I will when I go home on leave this year. A buddy of mine has the wheels I have on a same color LX Hatch...I'll get that picture to you somehow. I have pictures of the wheels against the side of the car...looked pretty good!

The 9" wheel should fit without a problem. I'm planning on getting 10" (or 10.5") wide wheels in the rear for my car, but I think I have more clearance back there than you may. I'd just see if you can find anyone with 315/35zr18s in the rear on a Fox.

I think i read somewhere that 305's were the widest you could go on a fox.
