Dear God man... punctuation.
If you search, you will find the answers.. it's been covered 100 times.
Bake your headlights in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Gently pry them apart, be careful not to break the lense. Tape off the chrome reflective part that your lights will reflect on. Prep w/ primer and use Krylon fusion because it sticks to plastic. Use silicone adhesive to glue them back together and make sure you get glue all around. You do not want water or condensation to get it, so you want a good seal.
