smoked lights

i would like to have smoked tail light and idk how to do it and i dont just want the covers, is there a way i can do it or have some one do it or can i just buy them some were?

you can use niteshade... just 2 light coats... heres mine

You could also go to a body shop and have them do it. They will mix black into clearcoat. It will look best but will cost much more than nightshade.

nightshade is pretty good, just be EASY on the coats it gets darker when it Dries... and tape of your reverse lights...

Don't know about you guys in the states, but here in Quebec you can get towed if pulled over with shaded lights. Its a big no-no here.

Your laws are probably adapted off of US laws. the reasons nightshaded lights work are, as shown above, the guy kept the white visible. The red shows through the nightshade(which is obviously see thru).

I'm not sure if you're required to see the plastic red in the taillight, but it seems like it'd be an easy ticket to get out of.

They are pretty strict here on any modification of vehicles lights. I'll have to check if nightshade is considered legal.

Did you guys use a clear coat after the nightshades or no?

Yes, at least I did. It looks way too dull imo if you don't.
