Nice to see that you've got them cut out. I would definitely put the "FORD" in the middle, and not space it out like that... it looks kind of funny.
Just in case anybody has any mounting ideas, that material Bryan is using is about 1/4" thick.
I think if you could use a tough, clear drying glue it could work pretty well. Have you thought about what you are going to do after you cut out the horizontal bars on your grille? I think you are going to end up having to Bondo, then repaint it.
EDIT: Please don't tell me you painted the letters white, I can't tell by the photo. It would look so cool if they were left in the original finish.

It is made out of those egg shell thingys that you put in lights for a drop ceiling. That is the best I can describe it. It is designed by me for my truck. I made some cardboard templates and then used some wire cutters to cut it up. It was not that difficult and didn't cost to much so if it doesn't mount easily or breaks easily I am not out of that much money or time. If it breaks easily I will figure out an alternative later.

that'll look great! i want finished pictures!
that's what i did with mine, and they haven't budged at all. so far they've lasted a couple of winters taking abuse from ice scrapers and everything else. i wish i could remember what glue i used... it might have been a two part epoxy.
Matt (bu33air) did the same thing to his grill shortly after i did mine, so he may be able to remember what he used to secure his to the grill.
until then... here's a picture of mine on my grill, lol.

I don't have finished pics yet since it is not finished. I should have some by the end of the week but I am slow so maybe not. I don't think I am going to be able to just glue the letters right to the grill. I am going to make some backing plates that are a bit smaller than the letters but are FORD. Then sandwich the grill with them with some glue and some nuts on the pegs.
