Hey, go to your closest auto parts store and buy a "Manual Choke" kit.
It comes with cables and a ****, but istead of attaching it to your choke, attach it to the throttle plate where the cruise attachment would go.
Voila! Hand throttle.
Just remember to push it in when you're done!

Works great. I have one in the track *****. I dont drive with it.. it just helps to warm it up when you dont have chokes.
