Old-skool idea.
Well its not for my ranger its for my F150 but i figured you guy would have a good opinion on it. I have a 94 f150 its a old work truck that i have been driving, i want to drop it with some dream beams and spring for nice slammed look. but the body has alot of dents in it but its in good condition as far as rust goes. i want to leave all the dents and give it a nice flat paint scheme, slammed and mono-chrome. except rims, most likly i will have some chrome rims.
here is a pic of th truck......

Hmm, Im with Trigger on the dents.
If you 'pimp' it out and drop it, with soem chrome rims.. and its got new paint with soem ****ty dents in it.. youll look like you backed into the local mall and accidently hit a pole out in the parking lot. I woudl take a little time to flesh out those dents, and make it look real good :-)

never will i PIMP out a truck. and when i say chrome rims i dont mean bling bling flashy rims. but i have ordered new front sheet metal. and i dunno what i am going to do about the bed. trying to find a good replacement for these years is hard. i wanna do like the rat -rod look with the truck. i dunno. I guess if i dont like it i will just do it over.

honestly if your wanting to make it look good in any way then fix the dents the worst look in the world is a flat paint job and dents and uneven body lines, black shows off everything. so if you want to look good and drop the truck do it to show off fix the rust and dents and make it some what show quality or at least apealing to the eye...
work trucks and 4x4's have dents and scratches.

Well as far as finding a bed got to this site: www.usbody.com u'll probably find it there and if not try J.C. Whitney, they carry alot of body panels. As far as dents go and rust, I'd get rid of them because it will be alot easier painting it and wetsanding it. The slammed look would be kool though. I agree with Karrbass4life on the rims smoothies would look sweet on there.

Becareful on running open headers, see if u have fuel injection u must have back pressure because it can ruin ur exhaust manifolds very badly. Plus the noise police will b on u 24/7.

Now were talkin. Black primer does look kool. here's another idea that has been done. Jesse James used roll on bed liner on that chevy he built years ago. That herculiner does bond to damn near anything why not do it in black with powder coated smoothies with a white wall Coker Tires. That would be sick (in a good way of course).
