Paddle Shift Conversion for A/T

I got to thinking how much I miss shifting a manual transmission. I started thinking about how I could make my a/t shift when I want it. I did some quick searching and came across this Master Shift site Paddle Shifters, Sequential and Electronic - ASaP
I was wondering if our transmissions have a external shift lever and if this setup would work? Is there other products like this? I guess they also make a m/t conversion. anyone know anything about this kind of thing??? Any cheaper way of doing this with a a/t?

Well it looks to me like the starting price is $2K plus/minus a bit. If you have the time, money and talent to install it.
And you think it's worth it, just to have something different, then I say go for it.
The info sheet says if you have questions, call and ask. That's what I'd do first.

If the manual in Rangers was any good I'd agree.
