Want a roof rack for my ranger. Good or Bad idea? Anyone know where i could find/purchase a roof rack ford my 1998 ford ranger?

 

Yakima makes really good roof rakes with lots of accessories.

 

well what are you looking to use it for? lights and the occasional camping stuff?

It would be most helpful if you told us if you have a reg or super cab.

If you have a reg cab, you might as well forget about it unless you come up w/ a custom rack. IMO, it's a waste of time messing w/ a reg cab.

If you have a super cab, there are many options.

I'm currently using a modified roof rack from a S10 Blazer. It will be changed to the 08 Explorer roof rack I have once I get it modified to fit.
