Ricers at autozone. Leave them as they are.
Funny, how my magnesium cover is powdercoat-painted stock.

And, on the truck - I think the body matched PPG interior looks rather nice...

Especially since it matches so good with the lighting...

Intake was just repainted black in this pic, before I did the chameleon paint, but I just always liked this pic lol

I like the red under the hood STL. All you need now is a red hat to match and a new speakerbox.

mmmhm, it's rice when it was a base model that had all the SVT parts except the cylinder heads, right? That was a seriously quick car.

This is tacky and stupid. Don't go this route

To much wire loom

Plus they didnt even do it right on the plug wires. Looks like a last minute addition with little time to spare

ugggggggh, I hate coloured wire loom. That's the worst thing you can do to 'dress up' an engine bay.

The intake manifolds were rattle canned with DE 1650 Cast Coat Aluminum.
IIRC, the block is DE 1601 Ford Blue. Both are Dupli-Color "Engine Enamel" with ceramic.

ok you might as well close this thread now, because no engine will be posted that is superior to Bobs, unless it is another picture of Bob's engine

The Metalcast will work fine as its meant for engine parts, so it'll hold up to the heat.

i painted my valve covers with chrome spray paint while i had them off for gasket replacement. i think it would be cool if you could get a clear polycarbonate hood to show off the motor, why put on all that chrome and effort that no one can see? i dont really have time for such stuff, but i do look under the open hoods at car shows. heres mine: Name: 32707003.jpg
