painting chrome bumper and billet grill
im wanting to get a billet grill but i want to paint the inside red to match my truck and keep the front of it chrome... i want to paint my front chrome bumper black....any tips help.

Go to you local auto parts store and get a skuff pad(looks like a green dish pad). Use that to make your chrome look dull. Clean with soap and water. then paint and clear

Either do that or you can sand it with 600 grit and clean with acetone, thats how I did the hood on my friends truck.

paint the whole grill and sand off the paint on the front. clear it then.
